The Flintridge Village community is conveniently located on Goodpasture Island road near the Delta Highway in Eugene, Oregon. Our Manager's office is at 2307 Ridgeway Drive (see the red marker on the map below) next to the Clubhouse and the pool. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:30pm to 4:00pm.

Directions from Hwy. I-5 heading North: Take exit 194B and merge onto OR-126 W toward Eugene/I-105 W. Continue onto I-105 W and go about 2.3 miles. Take Exit 1 onto Delta Hwy. and go 1.2 miles north towards Beltline Hwy. Take the Goodpasture Island Rd. exit and turn right (east) at the traffic light. Go back over Delta Hwy, then through the traffic light and take the first left (Ridgeway Drive) into Flintridge Village. Directions from Hwy. I-5 heading South: Take exit 195B towards Oregon Coast/Florence. Merge onto OR-569 W (Pape Beltline Hwy.) and go 2.2 miles west to the Delta Hwy exit toward Valley River Center/Downtown. Turn left onto N. Delta Hwy. Take the Goodpasture Island Rd. exit and turn right (east) at the traffic light. Go back over Delta Hwy, then through the traffic light and take the first left (Ridgeway Drive) into Flintridge Village.
